I recently began thinking about creating a Website. But, what would it be about? What would it look like? How do I go about it?
So, I decided to just make it about myself, my wonderful family , and some of the vacations my wife Suzy and I have taken, and finally, just about anything else I damn well please.
A LITTLE HISTORY
I was born in Arkansas, and raised on a farm in Southeast Missouri (called the Bootheel). My father was a Share Cropper. After a stint in the military, I came to St. Louis to live with my sister and her husband (great people, God love em).
While in St. Louis I met a beautiful young lady named Suzanne (born and raised in the same house), and, "SHE HAD ME FROM HELLO". We were married in June 1969 after a 2 year engagement. I found it somewhat strange that she gave up a guy in a Corvette for me and my 64 Ford Convertable. I guess I just had what it takes. 
We have two boys, and 8 Grand Children. On Sept. 16, 2005 we gained a beautiful Daughter-In-Law, Tanya, and a beautiful Grandaughter, Katie, when my oldest son Robert was married. It was a barefoot wedding on the beach in Negril, Jamacia.
They are both such a wonderful and welcome addition to our family.
Due to a heart condition and other health problems (I thought I would never live to see the year 2000). Thanks to God, medical technology, new medicines that were developed, Medtronic Inc, and Thoratic, (I have an ICD, Implanted Cardio Defiberlator and a Left Ventricular Assist Device L.V.A.D.) I have so far beat the odds.
Suzy and I love to travel. She loves the beach, I like the beach also, but I do love the mountains. I can't climb anymore though. In fact, I have trouble walking to the beach bar to get a drink. But if she loves the beach.
IM happy we got to take a few trips before I got to the point that I was not able to travel out of the country.
Suzy still works so she has my respect and admiration for putting up with me, my heart condition, and my bitching and moaning for all these years. Truly an Angel 
These photo's were taken in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic at the Riu Naiboa, in April 04. One of the best beaches we have been to.
